Services
Individual Therapy
In individual sessions, people have the opportunity to express their thoughts and concerns, reflect on the difficulties they face in their lives, and explore new perspectives and possibilities. The therapist ensures a safe environment, where the protection of personal data is guaranteed through strict confidentiality and privacy, with the aim of providing the best possible support.
Counselling Support
In counselling sessions, individuals often seek guidance on how to manage specific issues and challenges they are facing. The therapist’s role is not to provide ready-made solutions to these matters. Instead, within a framework of collaboration and mutual trust, the therapist and client focus on expressing and understanding the difficulties, while exploring appropriate alternative options that will be beneficial and practical for each person’s unique situation.
Group Therapy
Group sessions provide a space where individuals facing similar challenges come together to share their experiences and express the difficulties they encounter, under the guidance of the therapist. The aim of group therapy is the same as that of individual sessions — to facilitate the expression of thoughts, concerns, and struggles, and to explore new perspectives and possibilities. Often, the presence of others with similar difficulties can be deeply reassuring, as it creates a sense of being understood, while also encouraging open communication and meaningful interaction with others.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a space where partners can communicate and work through the challenges they are experiencing in their relationship or marriage. Within this setting, each partner has the opportunity to express their needs and perspectives, to “remember” or discover personal strengths as well as relational possibilities. Often, couples also uncover more helpful and effective ways of communicating with one another.
Experiential Workshops and Talks
Experiential workshops and talks cover a wide range of mental health topics and are often co-organised with other bodies, such as educational or medical institutions. Their aim is to enrich participants’ knowledge, help them acquire new skills, and strengthen existing ones through hands-on exercises and interactive activities.
Online Therapy
When circumstances require it, sessions can be held remotely. This option is particularly useful when travelling is difficult — for example, due to mobility issues, serious illness, or living in a remote area or abroad. In such cases, sessions can take place online. The client is encouraged to choose a comfortable and quiet space in which to participate, and a stable internet connection is essential. The format of the session is similar to that of in-person individual therapy, with the main difference being that therapist and client are in different physical locations. Even in this setting, the same ethical principles and data protection regulations continue to apply.
